SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a buttered casserole. Add the topping.
TOPPING:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Mix together the flour and the sugar with a fork. Sprinkle the crumbs on the top
of the casserole. Cover with finely chopped pecans. Dot with butter. Bake at
350 F. for 30 minutes
