The Functional Health app was designed to help you live long and well. The habit building & tracking wellness app aims to assist you in increasing and maintaining your functional health, focusing on what really matters – the most influential and controllable daily choices and actions.
The app is intended for those of us who:
1) Are wanting to see improved results and performance with their health and fitness
2) And / or want to maintain health and fitness, and live long and well
3) Are engaged in (or interested in starting) functional fitness and / or cross-training
4) Aren’t sure where to focus their health and fitness efforts
5) And / or need accountability, encouragement, or motivation

EFFECTIVE HABIT BUILDER & TRACKER
The app lets you select or build our own habit program; you can select from a number of preconfigured habits programs (of varying detail and content) and adjust to your specific needs. The habit programs keep you focused on the right healthy habits for improved results.
Once you have set-up a habit program, you will use the app to track your daily healthy habits and keep on track with habit reminders and accountability. Also, you’ll be motivated by seeing your daily and weekly habit scores and stats. You’ll know where you are doing well, and any areas that need more emphasis and effort that are perhaps not doing as well as others.
FUNCTIONAL HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
You can also use the app to take functional health assessments – physical fitness measurements, essentially. This will measure and quantify your functional health. These assessments are numerous and spread across a range of time, modality, and loading. Everything from a heavy deadlift to a 10 km run (and lots of others in-between). The assessments in the app will also hold you accountable secondarily to your daily habits through tangible physical performance check-ins.
Through the assessments and their scores and stats, you will stay encouraged and motivated, and know, with confidence, that you are headed in the right direction, by watching your abilities and health improve over time.
