Of Houses and Graves.

As-Salaam alaikum,
We have learnt it in the Hadith that the Noble Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, mentioned it that we should not make our houses into graveyards-- 'La Taj 'aluu Buyutukum maqaabir-- Do not make your houses into graveyards'' (Muslim, vol. 1 page 265).
This means that one should make it a habit of performing nafl (voluntary) Salaah at home. Also, we should feed the guests that come/visit our home. Guests should not leave your home without partaking of anything in the manner that one returns from the graveyard. One should at least offer them something to eat or drink.
