The Job Description of successful candidate includes the following:

· An expanding footprint in accounts through year-over-year percentage increase in revenue and margin

· Strong and deepening customer relationships
· Strategic, effective and actionable account plans

· Well-developed opportunities leading to a healthy pipeline producing wins that meet or exceed quarterly quota

· Scale through partners and extended teams

The key initiatives and challenges facing the AE role are:

· A greater understanding of the competitive landscape in the customer base as customers are looking for ways to cut cost out of their business model

· A more in-depth focus on industry or vertical solutions to meet customer needs, and the business value proposition that Dell offers in helping customer’s meet their challenges and business opportunities

· A deeper understanding of what’s going on in the marketplace and an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s industry and core business process across the customer base

· Effective ways to sell with an understanding of current economic/market conditions through creative deal structuring, creative terms, value propositions, etc.

· Ensure retaining & growing the number of customers in current economic/market conditions

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of relevant experience with reputable organizations, preferably MNCs

· Proven track record of sales excellence and / or Channel Management preferably in IT industry

· Natural ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide thought leadership role within the team

· Strong network among Ecosystem players in the region

· High level of commitment with a passion to excel. Strong oral and written communication in English

· A minimum of Graduate degree from a reputable institution, Master’s Degree preferred

· This position is based in Lahore
