GMT - 12 Hours Android: How to Send a Video Message...

Go to your messages tab---->tap on compose--->Enter a name or a number
Choose a contact and tap on 'Done'.
Tap on the plus sign at the bottom left--->'Send video'.
Then choose between 'Camcoder'(shooting a video) to 'Gallery'(existing video).
Add a description about the video, wait for it to load and tap on 'Send'.
Please note that videos can be up to 90 seconds/10mb in size.
The video format supported is H264 MP4.
