How to Transfer a Call Between Desktop/Mobile???

Once receiving a call on your desktop machine, click on 'Answer', on the bottom
call menu click on 'Transfer call' and it will go to you mobile device.
You can also transfer a call from your mobile device. After answering the call
please tap on the 'Transfer call' icon and it will go straight to your desktop.
At the moment 'Transfer call' is not available with Blackberry devices.
