Alternative strategies that an enterprise could pursue can be categorized into thirteen actions. Many national and multinational companies are currently implementing many of these strategies to make their business profitable. Below are the four companies which are trying to implement four of these alternative strategies. You are required to point out ONLY the NAME of strategy of these companies.
