GMT + 3 Hours BUTTERMILK COOKIES

Buttermilk Cookies


1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
3 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Mix all the ingredients together.  Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Lightly grease the cookie sheets.  Bake at 375 F. for 8-10 minutes.  Ice
with buttercream frosting.
