Oven Dried Persimmons
3 persimmons, sliced crosswise into 1/4" slices
Preheat oven to 250F. Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper, cover with a rack. Lay slices on rack in single layer. Bake slices 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until the edges curl and middles are dry. Let cool completely then store in airtight container in the fridge.
