woh ajnabi tou tha mager apna buhat laga

rotha howa tha hans tou pera muj ko dekh ker
muj ko tou iss qader bhi dalasa buhat laga

sehra mein ji raha tha jo derya dili kai sath
dekh jo ghor sai tou woh payasa buhat laga

woh jis kay dam qadam sai thin basti ki ronkain
basti ujer gai tou akela buhat laga

lipta howa ho jesey kuhar mein jesey khazan ka chand
melay libas mein b woh payara buhat laga

resham pahan kai bi meri qimat na ber saki
kadher bi uss k jisam pe mehnga buhat laga

Mohsin jab aiyne pe mari sans jamm gai
mujh ko khud apna akas bhi dundhala buhat laga ..
