“Café Zauk” is one of the first western style restaurants opened on M M Alam road. Within months after the café’s opening, it gained immense popularity amongst teenagers and young couples mainly due to its palatable menu accompanied with lively and happening ambiance. Its menu offered a mix of Thai, Italian, Continental and fast food items which were both affordable and delicious. The café’s ambiance was created with modern furniture, dim lightening and loud music that seemed to match perfectly with the tastes of its young customer base. They also open dance floor on every Saturday nights. Due to huge success it has gained the attention of new investors and now many restaurants are following their pattern of customer offering thus it has become the trend setter. ”

AS an entrepreneur I think it is very difficult to manage and to establish restaurant because many problems occurs and some points are given in below.

· Pro –western restaurants are not successfully in our country because every country has its own culture.
· Culture is play very important role for any organization for achieving goals of any organization.
· Economy of people is also affected to organization.
· Every country of peoples have different attitude and their culture so it is be noted thing that pro-western restaurant not success due to religious factors.
· Religious factors and culture factors are essential of any organization if u establish restaurant as western type and people of that country to react as eastern type that is big difference.
· If we start business then we should follow their culture and behavior.
· It should be follow ethics and behavior.
· There is no potential of western type restaurant in Pakistan.
· I think as entrepreneur that western type restaurant is totally risky business in Pakistan.
