KARACHI: During checking in Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of the city, CID police arrested an alleged terrorist of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Geo News reported.

A suicide jacket and Kalashnikov was recovered from the alleged terrorist’s possession who according to SSP CID was involved in terrorist activity against the army in Waziristan.

In Karachi he was involved in extortion along with other criminal activity and the police are conducting further investigation.
