GROS-ISLET, Saint Lucia: West Indies captain Darren Sammy won the toss and elected to bat against Pakistan in the first One-day International at the Beausejour Cricket Ground here on Saturday:

Teams
West Indies: Darren Sammy (captain), Devon Smith, Lendl Simmons, Darren Bravo, Marlon Samuels, Kirk Edwards, Dwayne Bravo, Carlton Baugh Jr, Andre Russell, Kemar Roach, Devendra Bishoo.
