Legend of Korra Paper Craft Dolls

My classmate made a couple of these for a friend the other day and I thought they were the most creative thing ever.
My main problem is that I can't find out were the template is. I have no idea where to start, I did search tumblr but I can't seem to find anything.

They look a little like this.
