It has been brought to our attention that VoIP may be blocked by some cellular providers, Internet provider and/or countries.
Always confirm VOIP 3G access with your current 3G or Internet provider. Viber will not work on 2G networks.
Saudi Arabia: A possible regional block as of June 5th, 2013.

Argentina: Issues with SMS relay servers in this area. This hinders reception of the activation code. We are investigating the issue. Claro and Personal are currently reporting the best success rate. Also we are aware of the "9" issue. Even though you see that it is being removed, it is still added behind the scenes. This is because the relay station will add the 9 automatically. It is removed upon insert in order to prevent double 9.
Myanmar: Viber might be banned in this region. For more info click here
Vodafone: It has been brought to our attention that in various regions Vodafone may be blocking Viber or VoIP applications. You should contact Vodafone to see how you can add 3G access for Viber to your current service plan. For more information pertaining to this block, please see the following links:
Ireland: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Hungary: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
United Kingdom: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

O2: Users, especially in the UK have reported 3G block. Mostly on 'pay as you go' plans. Please try wifi. And contact your service provider.
T-Mobile: Some users in the UK have reported 3G block. Mostly on 'pay as you go' plans. Please try wifi. And contact your service provider.
Lebanon: Looks like a regional block starting April 4th, 2013.
UAE: Even though the DU provider was allowing access before, it now seems that their VoIP and/or Viber service has also been blocked.
Belize: Options do exsist. Some user tips (Viber has not confirmed these tips) are available at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Please check with your carrier because Viber cannot bypass your carrier's network blockage if one exists.
Please try again at a later date to see if this has been resolved.
Stay tuned!
