Riaz-ur-Rehman cancer kay mareez thay aur Lahore kay ek private hospital me zer e ilaaj thay
Unho ne Pakistan aur India kay lye 2,000 se ziada songs likhe aur PTV’s children programme Aangan Aangan Tarey kay lye bhi songs likhay thay.
Riaz-ur-Rehman kay published works me ‘Aangan Aangan Taaray’, ‘Arz Kiya Hai’, ‘Who Bhi Kya Din Thay’ and ‘Chand Jharokay Mai’ shaamil hain.
