Telecommunication future in Pakistan for Telecom Engineer in 2011-2012

In Pakistan Telecommunication future was bright. Students who have done Bs(Hons)Telecommunication Engineer. They are not having any kind of jobs or internship available when they pass out from University. Who is going to take the responsibility and providing them the job ? Government in Pakistan is not taking any kind of step that they can have any bright future. Most of the students leave Pakistan for further Study from Abroad.
