E-commerce is developing rapidly in the business community throughout the globe. Pakistan is a developing country with low literacy rate, shortage of electrical supply and failure of government to successfully implement E-commerce initiatives and regulations. Normally people prefer traditional commerce rather than E-commerce. Keeping in mind the above factors how can we convince the people of Pakistan to adopt E-commerce?
