Dallas: senior journalist's father passes away

DALLAS: Radio Hot pepper 1220 CEO and senior journalist Mr Pervez Malik's father passed away after short illness in Dallas Texas. Late Saeed Malik was a retired general Manager of Standard Insurance Company of Pakistan (SICP).
He left three sons naming Pervez Malik, Junaid Malik, and Naved Malik and one daughter Perween Malik, who all live in US. Late Saeed Malik's funeral was observed at Dallas Central Mosque in Richardson Texas. A large number of community leaders, civic and social activists and relatives of late Saeed Malik attended the funeral and prayer service.
The deceased were laid to rest next to his late wife Amina Malik in Richardson East land graveyard. A number of Pakistani community leaders and prominent members of society paid visit to Pervez Malik's house in South Lake.
Pakistan People's Party of North Texas President Raja Zahid Khanzada, Muslim Democratic Caucus of Texas ex President Syed Fayyaz Hassan, current President Aftab Siddiqui, Pakistan Council's President Akrama Khan, All Pakistan Muslim League's coordinator Javed Siddiqui and other offered their condolences to Mr. Pervez Malik and prayed for the forgiveness and mercy of Allah for the deceased soul.
