Heart Of The Qur'an.

As-Salaam alaykum,
Anas Ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, has said:--
"Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur'an is Ya-sin.
Allah records anyone who recites Ya-sin as having recited the
Qur'an 10 times." [Sunan Tirmidhi, vol. 2 pg. 116/Daarimi vol. 2 pg. 336].
We should, therefore, be reading/reciting Surat Ya-sin (chapter 36) of the Holy Qur'an regularly... and imbibe the lessons this blessed Surat contains.
