“When we aired Ishq-e-Mamnoon we were confident it would work, but to be fair we never thought that it would be such a game changer for Pakistan and for us as well.”

“Even before we launched in Pakistan, our competitors got together and forged a copy of my PEMRA license and submitted it to the Sindh High Court seeking a stay against us, but they failed. So the controversy started before we even came into Pakistan. Our competitors have been around for a good 10 years and they knew they had missed a very big ticket.”

“With MasterChef we want to take the quality of Pakistani content to a level which will be if not higher, then at least at par with international standards.”

“We are trying to show people the way, and if others can follow, Pakistan’s media industry will develop into one of the world’s most formidable industries.”
